Goodgym helps people get fit by doing good, we support isolated older people and do manual labour for community organisations as part of our workouts. As a result, we reduce isolation, bring communities together and motivate people to get fit.

Agencies across Essex, Southend and Thurrock have signed the local Mental Health Crisis Care Concordat, demonstrating their commitment to working together better to deliver improved mental health services for people in crisis.
